Good Governance forms the bedrock of any world-class organization or institution. The Governance structure at UPES is modeled to evolve a system that helps us draw upon the strengths of academic community and industry professionals.

Our Governance structure comprises 3 boards or teams

• Board of Governors which constitutes industry captains, Government representation and academia. More.

• The Board of Management is a working group that acts as an interface between the industry requirements and the academic fulfillment. More.

• The academic council which regulates the academic control constitutes of a weighty mix of reputed academicians and the industry bigwigs. More.
