  • International Air Transport Association (IATA) certified Authorized Training Center for Foundation Course in “Travel & Tourism” for BBA Aviation Operations.
  • Foundation Course of Airline Ticketing software “AMADEUS” with Bird Academy, New Delhi.

Besides other academic facilities available for the department on Campus, following academic infrastructure is also available for enhancing conducive learning of the students:

  • Library: Fully air-conditioned multi-floored centralized library building is well-furnished with Reading Room and Reference Books, Journals & Magazines, and new Furniture as well. Besides, 20 Workstations for E-database, OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) Access Kiosk are also installed in the Library. In addition,  Photocopy as well as Scanner facility is also available

  • Wi-fi Campus
  • Staff and Students are provided with Laptop / Netbooks
  • Class Rooms with ICT Facility

 

Research

The research thrust of the department is on regulatory aspects of Aviation, Port Economics, and Connectivity of Dry Ports as well as Sea Ports.
