UPES is an unique institution. Out of many Firsts to its credit, the first convocation had the first citizen of the nation as the Chief Guest of Honor. The then, President of India Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam read out the convocation address.
The First Convocation (16th October, 2005)
