Somarj Roy holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from JDC Bytco, Pune University and an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta. He also holds a Diploma in Labour Laws & Legislation and is a B. Com graduate. He has two decades of rich experience across Organizational Development & Change Management, Talent Planning & Acquisition, Culture Building and Capability Development.
