Job Description :

 

 CRM Management:

1. This role requires deep technical knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, including designing, deployment, and testing the application across the Firm. 
2. Driving plug- in development, Custom Workflow and CRM Form Programming ( scripting) . 
3. Should have knowledge on types of SQL Queries, with strong emphasis on DML queries like Select Statements for extracting reports from CRM. 
4. Must have good knowledge on using and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM client for outlook. Troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics CRM consists of troubleshooting the Customization and Configuration , Security Roles , Field Level Security and User Settings. 
5. Should be able to resolve technical and functional issues and taking them to resolution. 
6. Perform in- depth analysis of incidents to determine root causes and solutions. 
7. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to single- handedly validate CRM database. 
8. Capability to monitor and maintain large volumes of database for integrity and accuracy 
9. Ability to facilitate trainings to CRM users and functional administrators. 
10. Development of automated reports for Business Unit Heads on their Teams CRM Usage. 
Website Management:
1. Good understanding of latest .Net framework technologies.
2. Working knowledge of any popular CMS.
3. Ability to design pages using HTML.
4. Understanding of CSS techniques.
