UPES Representation at ADIPEC 2019, Abu Dhabi
A team of three students from university were selected to present their research paper at (ADIPEC 2019) – The 22nd Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference held during 11th – 14th November 2019 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The world's largest Oil and Gas Conference hosted by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

After Successful Presentation of paper, it’s now available on OnePetro (Official journal of SPE International). They also got the opportunity to explore the industry, plethora of learning technical session and offshore barge visit.
The students were awarded with SPE International Certificate, Conference Participation Certificate and goodies for their performance there at conference.
Students were also invited for the:- INDIA SESSION (MOST FAVORED INVESTMENT DESTINATION) by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas India, Abu Dhabi.
The Students met and received appreciation from:-
1) Mr. Dharemendra Pradhan, honourable Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Steel, Govt of India.
2) His Excellency Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, CEO Abu Dhabi National Oil Company(ADNOC)
3) Mr. Sanjeev Singh, Chairman Managing Director of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
4) Dr. R.K. Malhotra, Director General of the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry (FIPI).
And from senior Industry delegates from SPE, FIPI, DGH, ONGC, OIL, IOCL, ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Exxon Mobil , Baker Hughes other national and International Oil Companies.
