The Department of Social Outreach and NSS ran an anaemia-free campus drive under the theme “Anaemia – An Unconquered Battle”.
It highlighted that low haemoglobin indicates anaemia and that more than half of women of reproductive age in India are anaemic, a problem that harms their health and quality of life and affects the next generation.
