Through the Srijan Social Internship, first-year UPES students spend a mandatory six to eight weeks full time with social organisations.
Some students choose organisations that fight hunger. At the Divya Prem Seva Mission, for example, interns helped with daily food distribution and free lunches in underserved communities, and others have helped distribute food and nutritious meals to children through partner NGOs.
