Personality Development Programs for UPES adopted daughters
 

This year, the CSR Team has organized a series of Personality Development Programs for the benefit of UPES's adopted daughters during in June, 2011. The programs aimed at increasing their confidence level by improving the communication and grooming skills. An interesting mix of moral stories, poems, songs and the likes were used as part of the training methodology. They were exposed to basic skills of computers with support from the IT Department. Another dimension of this program was enhancing self - esteem and motivating these girls to think positively through a therapeutic use of music and dance as well as a special session on 'Self - Analysis'
