After the end – semester examinations during the holidays I started researching about Euthanasia and Ms. Aruna Shaunbaug’s case. I also went through Pinky Virani book on her, ‘Aruna’s story’. Thereby, the essay emphasized more on the Green Technology inventions to be given a significant and proper embodiment in the current Patent Laws. Also, the focus was on Fast Track Patent mechanism with regard to Green inventions and other basic Fast Track system for speeding up patenting and technological advances recognized worldwide but lacunae in Indian Laws, for instance, India is not a member of Patent Prosecution Highway and absence of patent laws exclusively for Clean Technology.''
