Dr Shweta

Dr. Shweta, an Assistant Professor specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, is a renowned researcher, educator, and writer. Her research primarily revolves around supply chain management within diverse sectors such as medicine, vaccines, and agricultural innovations. She has contributed numerous research publications to her portfolio, which have been published in reputable peer-reviewed journals, Scopus, ABDC research papers categorized as A, B, and C, and SCI-indexed journals.

Post Ph.D., she has been working at UPES as an Assistant Professor.

Pharmaceutical Supply Chain, Vaccine Supply Chain, Agriculture Supply Chain and Blockchain Technology Applications in the field of Supply Chain Management.

She believes in instilling moral and ethical values in students through high-quality education, using real-life examples and hands-on learning experiences that foster empathetic thinking among students and promote social and environmental progress.

Her main teaching areas are Operation and Material Management, Logistics Planning Strategy, Warehouse Management, Distribution and Outbound Logistics, Logistics Information System, Retail Logistics and Logistics Supply Chain Management.

Shweta is involved in research, specifically in work related to emerging trends in Supply Chain such as Application of Blockchain in Healthcare and Industry 4.0.
