- Minimum 50% marks in class X and XII. Along with 50% in PCM in class XII
- For B.Tech. (Mathematics and Computing) Program: Minimum 70% marks in class X and XII with 70% marks in PCM in class XII
LLB 5-Years Non-Exam Pathway
- CLAT AIR (General) ranking up to 20000 (Min. 50% marks in 10th & 12th)
- Board Merit: Minimum 75% in 10th and 12th with five main subjects Including English as a compulsory subject.

- Last date to submit the details is 20th January 2026.
B.Tech 5-Years Non-Exam Pathway
- Up to 20% seats shall be filled through the Non-Exam category (10% through JEE Main and 10% through Board Merit).
- In case seats remain vacant under the Non-Exam category, UPES reserves the right to fill these seats through the UPES Examination pathway.
- Candidates placed in compartment are not eligible for admission to any program of study at the University.
- Applicants can apply through either the Exam or Non-Exam admission pathway.
- Applicants can edit their application form through the student portal using their User ID and Password till the last date of application for the respective pathway.
- Applicants are required to submit their Class 12 Board Marks and JEE Main scores to participate in the selection process.

- Admission will be finalized only after verification of eligibility criteria and required documents submitted by the candidate.

For B.Sc. Economics with Data Science & Economics and Finance:
- Math/Eco in class XII will be preferred.
- Non-Mathematics background students will undergo the Remedial Mathematics module in Semester 1.
For BA (Hons.) Admissions
Minimum 50% marks in class X and XII (any stream)
For BA Admissions
Minimum 50% Marks in class X and XII.
For LL.B. (3-yr) Admissions
Minimum 50% Marks in Class X & XII and Graduation in any stream.
For B.Com. Admissions

- Minimum 60% marks in graduation with relevant stream.

For MCA Admissions
Minimum 50% in 10th & 12th & 50% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science / IT as a subject for three years OR with (Mathematics or Statistics or Business Math or Business Statistics or QT as one of the subjects at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent.
For M.Sc. Admissions
- Minimum 50% marks in class X and XII (PCM/B) and 50% marks in graduation with the relevant subjects
For MA Admissions
