Varun has deliberately taken on challenging leadership roles that required out of the box thinking whilst delivering in complex business environments. He has good relationships across C-level executives and influencers within the Media & Entertainment Industry and Corporate India where he could influence and negotiate.

Varun is a management graduate from SIMS, Ghaziabad and post graduate from YMCA besides being a certified coach from Results Coaching Systems. Prior to joining iTV network, Varun was the head of sales for IBN7. 

He has also worked with brands like IBN7. His distinguished career includes leadership stints at Amar Ujala, Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd., Deccan Chronicle, Dainik Bhaskar, Hindustan times and Indian express where he streamlined and strategized the Print & TV business that led to a robust revenue growth.
