UPES BEST - Bajaj Engineering Skills Training Centre
About UPES BEST Centre
Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) is a CSR initiative by Bajaj Auto Ltd., developed in collaboration with UPES to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. The BEST Centre is dedicated to upskilling engineering and diploma holders by providing them with industry-relevant, hands-on technical training.
Through this strategic partnership, UPES and Bajaj Auto have established state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with cutting-edge technologies to prepare young professionals—Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTEs) and Diploma Trainee Engineers (DTEs)—for the demands of a rapidly evolving industrial landscape. The Centre also extends scholarship support to students from economically weaker sections, ensuring inclusive access to skill-based education.
Aligned with National Occupational Standards (NOSs), the curriculum focuses on high-demand domains such as:
- Mechatronics
- Motion Control & Sensor Technology
- Robotics & Automation
- Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing
Training at the UPES BEST Centre combines theoretical instruction with immersive, practical experience to ensure students are job-ready and industry-competent. By nurturing future-ready engineers, the Centre supports India’s vision for an advanced manufacturing ecosystem in the era of Industry 4.0.
