Job Description :


 I. Develop Marketing Strategy

1. Develop academic program marketing strategy in consultation with sales management team
2. Define target audience and influencer groups, focus geographies, preferred media  - program group wise
3. Develop communication strategy, advertising and promotion initiatives and spends – traditional, online and on-ground initiatives
4. Competitive analysis and UPES brand positioning
5. New program development and research in consultation with the academics and career services team.
II. Implementation of Marketing Strategy
1. Co- achieve with the sales team, targeted form sales and enrollments - program group wise
2. Support the sales team in implementation of on-ground initiatives
3. Create program awareness, preference and build university brand among key interest groups - students, parents, counsellors, coaching institutes 
4. Plan, execute and monitor integrated lead generation campaigns across various platforms:
a. Print, Radio, TV
b. Digital – SEO, SMM, EDM (emailers)
c. Mobile platform
5. Monitor the leads conversion, ensure enough leads are being fed into the pipeline to ensure eventual targeted conversions 
6. Ensure timely preparation of all marketing collaterals through partner agencies - presentations, films, leaflets, brochures, posters, standees
7. Preparation of event specific branding material for outreach initiatives being planned by the sales team
8. Develop correspondence for various initiatives – Selection process, GD PI invitation letters, offer letters, reminders
9. Monitor and guide Call Centre deliveries for the relevant program group
10. Data handling, analysis and marketing analytics support to the sales management team
11. Monitoring the website interface with respect to content, announcements and results
12. Keeping the students engaged after they have taken admissions till the point of registration



Experience :

4 Year 0 Month - 8 Year 0 Month



1. MBA/PGDM (full time) with specialization in Marketing from a reputed B-School.
