M.Des Interaction Design

 This program is aimed at equipping the students with the capability of creative conceptualization of various kinds of Interfaces & Interactions (styles & forms) in various domains for specific kinds of users; - the process will include, user research, knowledge of certain fundamentals, their application methodologies in realizing newer forms of Interaction in the physical as well as in digital media. 

 
This Program in Interaction Design has been structured in such a unique way that the students will not only gain the fundamental understanding of UI / UX & their application methodologies but also gain knowledge about the ‘Frame work and Factors’ that influences ‘Interaction Design’. - These include, Information Design, Information Architecting, Graphics & Various forms of visual media), the concepts of ‘Inclusion’ and ‘Service Design’.
 
During the program, the students will have the opportunity to go through at least 3 ‘Design Projects’ – wherein the students will learn the ‘process of Interaction Design’ - credit will be given to those ones who can take the ‘concepts’ up till ‘realization’ at the bread-board level. Students are expected to be passionate & be aware of the emerging digital product trends.

Valid CEED 2015 or 2016 score OR valid UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPES – DAT) score followed by Personal Interview and presentation on the work portfolio.

Note: - Candidates having valid CEED-2015/2016 Score will be exempted from UPES – DAT Online Test.
