Work Experience

Before joining UPES, Suchit Ashtekar worked as a visiting faculty at United Institute of Design and Ahmedabad University, and as a Visual Communication coordinator at PP Savani University, Surat, Gujarat. He has collaborated with various Design Industry companies such as Somfy, Innovora, and The Vogue Studio. He holds an M.Des. from NID (National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, Paldi) in the Graphic design discipline. With a passion for experimenting in Print Media, Web, and App Solutions, he combines his artistic and design skills to solve problems using design thinking methods.

With a strong academic background and industry experience, he brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to the field of Communication Design.

His knowledge of printing technology is an asset in the field of graphic design, He is familiar with various printing processes, such as offset printing, digital printing, and screen printing, and understands their respective advantages and limitations. This knowledge enables him to guide students in making informed decisions when selecting printing methods and optimizing their designs for print production. He has also conducted workshops in Screen Printing for second-year Graphic Design students.
