Alind

Alind received his M.Tech degree in 2015 from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and B.Tech degree in 2012 from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. He is currently pursuing his PhD Degree from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. He has more than 5 years of experience in academics and research. His research interest lies in Optimizations, Game Design and Development.

Following his post-graduation, Alind has been employed at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.

Alind’s research interests revolve around the fascinating realms of Optimization and Game Design and Development. These two interconnected fields ignite Alind’s passion for problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.

Alind's teaching philosophy focuses on delivering tangible outcomes, particularly in the form of apps and software development. He prioritizes a hands-on approach that encourages students to actively engage in practical projects, enabling them to acquire essential technical skills and real-world experience. By emphasizing the development of apps and software, Alind aims to provide students with concrete deliverables that showcase their abilities and foster a strong connection between theory and application. This approach not only enhances their understanding of concepts but also prepares them for the demands and challenges of the industry, equipping them with the necessary tools to succeed in their future careers.

The course taught by Alind focuses on Software Engineering and Application Development such as Introduction to Game Programming and Advanced Game Programming Algorithms. Through this course, students gain a comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and tools. Alind places a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, guiding students through practical projects to apply their knowledge and develop real-world software applications.

Alind's scholarly activities have made a significant impact on his field of expertise. He has successfully published several research papers in esteemed journals and conference proceedings, demonstrating his expertise and the depth of his investigations.
