Associate Professor, Literature
Asha Kaushik, PhD (English Literature), completed her PhD thesis entitled “Elements of Early Feminism in the Fiction of Bronte Sisters” in 2011. She has 21 years of experience in teaching and research. She has worked as visiting faculty at Pusan National University, South Korea. Her research interests include professional communication, poetry, prose, and social welfare. During her ten years of association with UPES, she has successfully shouldered many administrative responsibilities. Along with this, she has also created many core and elective courses. She has published 19 research papers, two books, and six book chapters. She has organized many workshops and conferences. She is an Editorial Board member of Macrothink Education and Linguistics Research (ELR), an international journal published by Macrothink Institute, USA.
