UPES conducts the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey once a year for all enrolled students to assess students’ satisfaction with the facilities of the university and its performance in offering its services to the students. The NPS method has been adopted because it is a simple and quick process to determine, easy to calculate, numerically quantifiable and can be used as a benchmark for university management.
