BA Programs

  • BA Public Policy & Administration

The world is looking at India with interest as it is the only large economy expected to register a growth rate upwards of 7%+ this year. Quite a few initiatives aimed at achieving this call for a coordinated effort between governments, industry and bureaucracy. This demands new-age professionals who can appreciate the role played by policy matters in the national and international arena.

UPES Dehradun offers a BA Public Policy & Administration program, conceived with the vision to groom young leaders ready to take up roles in setups as diverse as government, public service, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and business.

This program offering from UPES has another unique component. Keeping in view the career aspirations of the new generation, UPES has embedded Civil Services Examination coaching along with the regular course curriculum for the BA program. To impart this training, UPES has joined hands with Dr. Lakshmaiah IAS Study Circle, an institute which has over a period of time, with rigorous efforts, developed a time-tested methodology for success in the civil services examination.
