Investment Banking and Capital Markets

MBA - Investment Banking and Capital Markets

Program details

The MBA in Investment Banking and Capital Markets is an industry-integrated program designed with EY India, with specialisation subjects created by EY and about 600 hours delivered by EY faculty. It blends strong core finance foundations with deal-oriented learning, so students build capability in transaction frameworks, valuation standards, risk thinking and capital markets operations—aligned to how investment banking works in practice.

The curriculum combines accounting and corporate finance with advanced modules in capital raising and transactions, financial modelling and valuation, equity research, risk management, global markets and trading systems, restructuring and event-based analytics. Tool-based learning is embedded through Excel modelling, Python, SQL and Power BI, supported by transaction-led case studies and a capstone project—preparing graduates for front-end, middle-office and strategy roles.
