Program Details
The BA Journalism and Mass Communication program offered by the Media Cluster, UPES School of Liberal Studies and Humanities is a four-year undergraduate program (eight semesters) built for the digital-first media landscape. It blends strong conceptual grounding with hands-on training in multimedia storytelling across text, video, audio, graphics, and interactive formats.
Students gain practical exposure to digital news production, Mobile Journalism (MOJO), podcasting, visual storytelling, data journalism, and verification, along with learning in strategic communication and public relations, preparing them to graduate as ethical, adaptable, and job-ready media professionals.
