Experience : My SIP with Big Boy Toyz was a life changing experience. The knowledge I gained & the different type of people I met has brought a lot of change to my personality and added to my knowledge which will help me to make a good place for myself in the automobile industry.
Experience : My time as a student of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies has been extremely enjoyable and full of learning. Every class, professor and classmate has contributed to enrich my education. I keep a great memory of the classes, team skills and bondage amongst students. I enjoyed the programme immensely and I would recommend it to any student looking for a good academic career
Experience : I got to know how marketing terminal operates on day to day basis and how petroleum products are made available in the market for end consumers.
Experience : I would like to take the opportunity to thank Harley Davidson for recruiting me as a hostess for their Pune showroom. I am very grateful for your time and kind consideration and I will appreciate it. I feel satisfied knowing that my hard work and efforts has paid off. I look forward to gain long term employment with this company, that is on or looking to be on the cutting edge, a company puts value on people and the products they are promoting. It’s truly wonderful feeling to know that the company recognized my achievements and put faith in my pursuit of excellence in a very short period of my campus placements. Last but not the least the unwavering support which I have received from my place placement coordinator Mr. Anubhav Sharma will forever resonate throughout my professional life and decisions I make. Thank you once again for acknowledgement and your confidence in my abilities; this really means a lot to me.
Experience : In two months of internship I have learnt a lot about market. In Toyota I’ve worked in used car department & there I worked & studied about the growing used car market in India. I also gained practical experience which will be very useful to me in my career.
UPES, has been a great help in shaping my career. It has made me a better person and more confident by believing in me and giving me many opportunities to showcase my talent and to learn more. Here I get to live my dreams, I get constant support from my faculty and Dean, they encourage my ideas and help me work on them. I can say, that UPES is the best thing that has happened to me. UPES is trying to bring something new, by giving us an optional subject of our choice, such a psychology, which is interesting and according to me everybody should have a bit of its knowledge, they are starting with foreign language classes too, by doing this, they are making our learning experience better and it's a dream come true to study the subjects , you always wanted to study.
Experience : It was a tremendous learning experience for us to visit esteem firm such as Safexpress –Worlds Best 3PL Provider & Amul–excellent in supply chain integration. This visit formed a linkage between theoretical and practical learning among us. We are well able to relate the classroom learning with the industry’s working. This visit broadened our thinking capabilities by making us learn how inbound logistics & outbound logistics play an important role in driving an industry effectively & efficiently.
Experience : The industrial tour brought an absolute change in my knowledge about upstream and downstream sector. It was very informative and enlightening as I visited the refinery, storage and retail units and spoke to experts over there who shared their knowledge and experience with me. Visiting the storage and retail facilities was actually very helpful and interesting as well as it temporarily exposed us to the real work that takes place and personally helped me understand classroom concepts better as now I am able to relate with the pictures that I have in mind of the Panipat Refinery, Bijwasan Storage and Haryana City Gas Retail Outlet. All in all it was a terrific experience and now I am eagerly waiting to actually start managing operations and contribute positively to one of these organizations.
Experience : I did my summer internship at Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. and the title of my project was an “To study the processes of Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd” . The learning experience was good and it gave me an immense knowledge of the working of the logistics sector. This opportunity gave me a chance to apply the book knowledge on to the field. In all the Internship was very helpful.
Experience : I am Prachi Bisht of BBA (Auto Marketing). My hobbies are dancing, playing sports and riding bikes. BBA (Auto Marketing) is a domain specific course which is only provided by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. I have chosen this course because I have a keen interest in the automobile industry. I am very glad that I have got placed at Two Rivers-Harley Davidson, Pune. This all became possible for me because of my Teachers and Placement Cell at UPES.
