Dr. Tapabrata Pal is an academic in Operations Management and Decision Sciences, with a focus on empirical research in supply chains. He holds a PhD from IIM Kashipur and is part of the Global Supply Chain and Mobility cluster at UPES. 

His research centres on supply chain resilience, social sustainability, and the role of digital technologies in transforming supply chain systems. He brings a data-driven and application-oriented perspective to both teaching and research.

Before joining academia, Dr. Pal worked with Infosys Ltd. for over three years, contributing to multiple projects across domains.
