LLM with specialization in Energy, International Trade, Commercial & Technology Laws program is focused on the legal aspects pertinent to the Energy sector and aimed at developing competent legal practitioners carrying expertise in the field of energy, international trade, commercial & technology law and well-versed with the knowledge on national and international regulatory frame work of energy business.
The course curriculum is designed in a way that it enables the students and professionals to grasp the intricate knowledge of the legal framework and contractual requirements of the Energy, International Trade, Commercial & Technology sector. The teaching methodology at UPES College of Legal Studies (CoLS) includes lectures, seminars, online training, mentorship and research.
The college has a well stocked library and e-library for its students. Practical learning takes place at a well built Moot Court within the College of Legal Studies. As a part of the curriculum, the students meet legal professionals for better understanding of the domain. The students are also given exposure in terms of latest laws and judgements pertinent to the Energy, International Trade, Commercial & Technology sector which gives them a deeper insight into the functioning of the sector

NON EXAMINATION PATHWAY :-
CLAT Merit:- For LLM - Candidates with minimum 50% Marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th)& LLB degree and CLAT ranking AIR upto 1000 will be exempted from UPES LLM online test and will be directly shortlisted to join the LLM program.
