Work Experience

Before joining UPES, Mr. Abhijit Anand worked at Karnavati University, Gandhinagar, as an assistant professor. He also worked at Glocal University for a few years. He has more than 5 years of teaching experience.

Research Interests

Caste and its implications on law and public policy, Education, Prisoners' Rights.

Teaching Philosophy

Mr. Anand incorporates the 'Socratic and Discussion method' of teaching. By employing these methods, students can understand the issue at large, the legal background, and the legal provisions involved.

Courses Taught

Mr. Abhijit Anand teaches Law of Crimes and Indian Evidence Law. Prior to this, he taught various subjects such as Penology and Victimology, Law of Contracts, and Intellectual Property Laws.
