Aniruddha Khekale

Aniruddha Khekale heads Human Resources for CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and has strategic HR oversight for the group. Expert at Organizational Transformation, HR Systems, Leadership Development and M&A, he has over 29 years of rich experience in Human Resources Management, Business Transformation including TQM and Lean Six Sigma, Organization Design and Leadership & Talent. He has successfully led numerous Expansions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Consolidation, Integration and Cultural Transformation initiatives.

Aniruddha’s role at CG includes creating and implementing people strategy and business excellence initiatives for its businesses. Under business excellence, he is responsible for transformation initiatives such as TQM, Lean and Six Sigma across all businesses at CG.

He is a part of the Executive Committee as well as various Management Committees within CG. He is also associated with various professional bodies such as CII, IMA, HR Policy Association, SHRM etc. and has been a committee member on some of these organizations. He is also associated with various academic institutes as a part of industry-academia partnerships.

Aniruddha has previously worked as a Group Director for HR at Emerson Automation for more than a decade. In his last role, he was responsible for providing strategic direction and creating organisational goals for the country, developing and nurturing future leaders for the group, developing human resources leadership within the country and creating a competitive strategy in harmony with Emerson’s strategic direction.

Apart from Emerson, Aniruddha has also been associated with Danaher, Cummins, and Varroc Group in leadership capacities and has held various responsibilities in the areas of human resources as well as business transformation programmes.

Aniruddha is a Commerce graduate and has done his Master's in Human Resources and PGCBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
