Dr Hardik Vachharajani

Dr Hardik Vachharajani is a higher education leader with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership across Australia, India, and Europe. He teaches at the Australian Catholic University, Telecom École de Management (Paris), and Symbiosis International University. 

His teaching, research, and consulting interests include strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation.Hardik has established expertise in higher education leadership, quality assurance, accreditation, and student success. He has a strong understanding of TEQSA Threshold Standards (Australia), UGC Regulations (India), CAA and KHDA regulations (UAE), and international accreditation frameworks such as AACSB and EQUIS.He holds a PhD in Management from NMIMS University (AACSB-accredited) and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Bologna. 

His work has been supported by funding from the Swiss National Science Foundation (2008), the European Commission (2010, 2013), and Deakin University (2012, 2013). He has published in international journals, conferences, and professional outlets, and supervises Master's and PhD research.Hardik has consulted over 50 startups and SMEs across sectors through his Sydney-based consulting practice, SteerWise, and has trained more than 200 entrepreneurs and managers in strategy, quality, innovation, organisational development, and management excellence. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and a certified BPO quality analyst.
