Mr. Narendra Ghate

Mr. Narendra Ghate is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in scaling design organizations and driving innovation-led transformation. As Senior Vice President and Head of Design at HDFC Bank, he is focused on elevating user experience and reimagining the future of digital financial services in India.

Previously, he was a founding member of the Design Agency business at Tata Elxsi, where he helped build one of Asia’s largest design practices, established new design capabilities, and led multidisciplinary teams serving global clients. His work has earned multiple national and international awards.

Mr. Ghate is also an active voice in the design community—lecturing at leading institutions, speaking at global forums in Europe and China, and serving on juries for prominent design awards.
