Mr. Ravi Prakash Burlagadda

Ravi Prakash V. Burlagadda is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of experience in enhancing enterprise security postures and delivering secure solutions and products. 

He currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Group Security Assurance Leader at Jio Platforms Limited (JPL), where he oversees Application Security, Design/Architecture Security, DevSecOps with shift-level automation, Identity & Access Management, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). 

His work focuses on strengthening security across Jio’s applications, products, and platforms, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, resilience, and innovation.

Prior to Jio, Ravi held key leadership roles, including Vice President – Information Security at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited and Senior Security Architect/Lead at Microsoft, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing enterprise security frameworks. His expertise spans risk assessment, vulnerability management, privileged identity security, and governance, helping organizations proactively mitigate threats.

Ravi’s contributions to the cybersecurity domain have been widely recognized. He was honored with the ET CIO Award for excellence in technology implementation and automated IT management security. Additionally, he received the CISO Mentor Jury Award, acknowledging his leadership and mentorship in the cybersecurity community. Having also worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Ravi is a firm believer in continuous learning and follows the philosophy of "Learn - Unlearn - Relearn."
