The UPES School of Design, in collaboration with JioGames, transformed the campus into a live design lab, giving students practical exposure to the rapidly evolving worlds of gaming, animation, VFX, and interactive technology.

Students explored how games move from ideas to execution while gaining experience with industry tools, game engines, workflows, software, and cloud-based technologies.

Objective

The initiative aimed to bridge creative thinking and emerging technology by introducing students to real-world game design and development practices. Through interaction with industry experts and hands-on learning, students gained a deeper understanding of game development workflows, immersive experiences, and career opportunities in the gaming ecosystem.
