UPES successfully hosted the 3-day Leadership Development Program – PowerNext 4.0 in collaboration with the Forum of Load Despatchers (FOLD) and Grid Controller of India Limited (GRID-INDIA). The programme brought together officials from various State Load Despatch Centres (SLDCs) to strengthen leadership capabilities, encourage knowledge exchange, and address the evolving challenges of India's power sector.

Objective

The primary objective of PowerNext 4.0 was to empower power sector professionals with contemporary leadership capabilities while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among officials from State Load Despatch Centres (SLDCs). Through expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, and peer learning, the programme aimed to strengthen strategic thinking, leadership effectiveness, and preparedness for the rapidly evolving energy landscape.
