The 5th International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT-2019) was
successfully organized under the aegis of ‘School of Computer Science and Engineering’ UPES and IEI
Uttarakhand State Center, Dehradun. This International Conference was technically sponsored by
SSRN, and co-sponsored by UCOST, RCPL and SLOG Solutions. The conference was held on December
20 and 21, 2019. The theme of the conference was ‘Computational Intelligence and Sustainability’.
