The conclave organized by Department of General Management (SoB) offers a new focus on Human Resource Management in the present-day transition for the new global demands of IT-enabled cooperate needs. Christened as The Winds of Change in HR, the conclave comprises of one-day extravaganza providing a platform to eminent HR icons who have excelled in their respective fields to share their thoughts, ideas, learning and valuable experiences with a vision of stimulating young minds intellectually and fostering the spirit of HR.
