Profile Summary
Dr Aditi Mudgal is a marketing academic with a PhD from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH – AACSB). She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IMT Nagpur and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi. With teaching and research experience across reputed institutions, she combines academic rigour with contemporary marketing insights.
Her research focuses on online consumer behaviour, digital ecosystems, and narrative advertising. She has published in high-impact journals and contributed book chapters. She is also engaged in curriculum development and academic innovation, including participation in UGC initiatives on Indian Knowledge Systems.
Work Experience
Dr Mudgal has served as Assistant Professor at ICFAI Business School, Bangalore and RV University, Bangalore. She has also worked as a Research Fellow at JAGSoM (AACSB), contributing to research and academic development.
Research Interests
Online consumer behaviour; digital transformation; internet ecosystems; social media and digital platforms; sustainable marketing strategy.
Teaching Philosophy
Her teaching focuses on creating a learner-centred environment that connects theory with real-world application.
