Anurag Pundir

Anurag Pundir is an Assistant Professor at UPES with over a decade of combined experience across the energy sector and academia. His expertise lies in electricity markets, energy trading, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability-driven business models.

He brings strong industry context into the classroom, integrating market dynamics, policy developments, and sectoral insights into teaching. His work focuses on enhancing applied learning and industry relevance, preparing students for roles across energy, infrastructure, and sustainability domains.

Mr Pundir has experience across energy consulting, research, and academia, with a focus on energy trading, electricity and gas markets, regulatory systems, and sustainability initiatives. He has also contributed to industry–academia collaboration and curriculum alignment, strengthening relevance to evolving market needs.
