Saurabh Kaushik is a seasoned industry professional with over 16 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management across manufacturing and corporate sectors. He has led sourcing and supply chain functions aligned with business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation. 

He has extensive expertise in managing sourcing operations within complex matrix organisations, reporting to global functional leadership teams. His experience spans greenfield and brownfield projects, contract management, supplier integration, process automation, and digital transformation. 

Saurabh has successfully built supply chain functions from the ground up and revitalised legacy systems through analytics-driven optimisation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation. His work emphasizes sustainable sourcing, inventory optimisation, and long-term supplier partnerships. He brings strong practical insight into procurement strategy, stakeholder management, and global operations excellence.

He has worked with leading automotive and industrial organisations including Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Tata Motors, GE Transportation, and Dana Incorporated. His experience includes sourcing, procurement transformation, e-auctions, supplier development, sustainability integration, logistics optimisation, and data-led decision-making.
