Dr. Sushant Bhargava is an academic in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, with a multidisciplinary background spanning technology and management. He holds a PhD from IIM Lucknow, an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from Manipal University Jaipur, and a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from LNMIIT Jaipur. 

He began his career as Assistant Manager (IT) at Union Bank of India and has since held academic positions at IIM Jammu and O P Jindal Global University. His research is published in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, focusing on themes such as team dynamics, sustainability, diversity, and analytics. He brings a balanced perspective of industry exposure and academic rigour to his teaching and research.

Dr. Bhargava has academic experience at institutions such as IIM Jammu and O P Jindal Global University following his doctoral studies at IIM Lucknow. 

His overall experience includes six years of professional exposure across industry and academia, along with over ten years of research experience.

He actively contributes to academia through peer reviewing for journals and conferences, and regularly participates in workshops and academic forums.
