Dr. Yogita Aggarwal

Dr. Yogita Aggarwal is a proactive researcher and experienced academic with over eight years of teaching experience in Psychology and Organizational Behaviour at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She completed her postgraduate studies and doctoral degree in Psychology, with specialization in Organizational Behaviour, from the University of Delhi. 

Her research has been published in reputed international journals, including ABDC Category A, Category B, and SSCI-indexed Quartile 1 outlets. Her scholarly work focuses on happiness at work, meaning of work, gender studies, and workplace behaviour. Dr. Aggarwal combines academic rigor with practical relevance, bringing psychological insights into management education and organizational practice.
