Dr. Ashutosh Sharma is an enthusiastic academician and researcher specializing in Computer Networks, Risk-Reliability Engineering, and Network Security. He completed his postdoctoral research at the Institute of Computer Technologies and Information Security, Southern Federal University, Russia, in 2022.
He earned his Ph.D. from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, India, in 2020, where his research focused on developing mathematical models for risk-aware computer network architecture and planning. His research contributions extend across interdisciplinary domains including healthcare management, finance management, road traffic management, image processing, precision farming, and intelligent systems.
Dr. Sharma combines expertise in secure systems, intelligent computing, and optimization techniques to develop scalable and reliable technological solutions for real-world challenges.
Work Experience
Dr. Ashutosh Sharma has more than nine years of teaching and research experience. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor (SG) at the School of Computer Science, UPES, and has been associated with UPES since 2022. He is also associated with Southern Federal University, Russia, and Henan University of Science and Technology, China. He serves as the founding leader of an India-Russia research and development consortium at Southern Federal University. Earlier, he worked as Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University and as a Teaching and Research Assistant for an Indo-Poland DST project at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, India.
