Dr. Harendra Singh is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at UPES, Dehradun, with expertise in Operating Systems and Theory of Computation.
He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand, along with an M.Tech from NIT Agartala and a B.Tech from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University.
He has authored multiple research papers in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals, contributed to international conferences, and focuses on developing secure, intelligent, and sustainable technological solutions in areas such as digital watermarking, machine learning, and precision agriculture.

Dr. Harendra Singh is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science at UPES.
