Profile Summary
Dr. Neelima Singh is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the School of Computer Science at UPES Dehradun, serving since July 2025. She completed her Ph.D. from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, in 2022, and holds M.Tech and B.Tech degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan.
Her research primarily focuses on device simulation of lead-free solar cell technology, with emphasis on improving the efficiency and performance of next-generation photovoltaic systems.
She has teaching experience at institutions including the National Institute of Technology Sikkim and Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, where she has taught undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students across electronics and computer science domains.
Work Experience
Dr. Neelima Singh has more than three years and eleven months of teaching experience. Prior to joining UPES, she served as Temporary Faculty at National Institute of Technology Sikkim from August 2023 to July 2025 and worked at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, Meerut, from February 2022 to August 2023.
