Dr. Nutan Singh

Dr. Nutan Singh is an accomplished researcher and academician specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications in healthcare. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Applications from NIT Raipur, with a strong research focus on the detection and severity assessment of Parkinson’s disease using non-invasive, data-driven approaches. Her work integrates wearable sensor data, voice analysis, medical imaging, and electronic health records with advanced AI techniques such as deep neural networks, ensemble learning, attention mechanisms, and fuzzy inference systems. 

She has published research in reputed peer-reviewed and indexed journals and actively contributes to interdisciplinary healthcare AI research. Her interests include explainable AI, IoT-enabled healthcare frameworks, biomedical signal processing, and early disease diagnosis. She is particularly passionate about developing interpretable and clinically relevant AI models that bridge the gap between computational intelligence and real-world medical decision-making. 

As an educator, she focuses on balancing theoretical foundations with practical learning, encouraging students to apply computing concepts to real-world challenges in healthcare and intelligent systems. 

Dr. Nutan Singh has over two years of academic experience at RITEE College and Central College, Raipur, where she taught core computer science subjects and contributed to departmental activities. She also has one year of industry experience in a software company, which provided her with practical exposure to real-world software development and application-oriented problem solving.
