Dr. Swadhin Das

Dr. Swadhin Das is an academician and researcher with a recent Ph.D. in Computer Science. He obtained his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and an M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad.

His primary research areas include Natural Language Processing, Image Processing, Remote Sensing Image Analysis, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Image Captioning. Dr. Das has authored multiple publications, including an SCI Q1 journal article, international conference papers, and research papers on arXiv. His work focuses on advancing computational methods and their applications in intelligent systems and image analysis.

He is committed to fostering a strong research culture among students and encouraging innovative thinking in practical applications of AI and data-driven technologies.

Dr. Swadhin Das has recently joined UPES University, Dehradun as an Assistant Professor. He is a recent Ph.D. graduate and is beginning his academic career with a strong research background in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.

His scholarly focus reflects a commitment to advancing intelligent computing methods and building research-oriented student communities.
