Dr. Rochak Swami is an academician and researcher specializing in Networks and Cyber Security. She holds a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and an M.Tech from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra.
Her research interests include Software-Defined Networking (SDN), SDN security, DDoS attacks, and network defence methodologies. Her work focuses on identifying attack sources and minimizing their impact through effective mitigation strategies.
She is committed to advancing secure and resilient network infrastructures through research and innovation.
Work Experience
Dr. Rochak Swami is currently serving as Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at UPES. Prior to this, she worked at Manipal University Jaipur as an Assistant Professor, mentor, and student coordinator.
She also served as a Teaching Assistant at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra during her Ph.D., contributing to courses such as Operating Systems and Networks & Security Lab.

She has presented her work at multiple international conferences hosted by reputed institutions and actively contributes as a reviewer for journals such as ACM Computing Surveys, IEEE Networking Letters, Transactions on Computers, and Wireless Personal Communications.
