His experience includes research roles at Tulane University (USA), the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Nepal), research for the Public International Law and Policy Group (USA), and work with international law practitioners focusing on the United Nations Internal Justice system. Prior to joining academia, he had a brief stint at IBM and worked with grassroots development organizations focusing on education, livelihoods, and community institutions.
