With over six years of combined academic and industry experience, Dipanjan Bagchi has worked as a Clinical Psychologist with NGOs and corporate organizations. As an academician, he has more than five years of teaching and research experience in psychology, morality, and clinical psychology. His professional journey reflects a strong balance between therapeutic practice and higher education.

Scholarly Activities

Dipanjan Bagchi’s scholarly work lies in the domains of moral psychology and behavioural ethics. His current interdisciplinary research combines moral psychology, behavioural economics, and child development. He is developing a psychometrically validated Moral Intelligence test for young adults and examining the role of emotional intelligence in shaping moral action. 

He is also actively engaged in advanced statistical modelling using techniques such as Multiple Factor Analysis, mediation-moderation analysis, and agent-based simulations to understand moral behaviour and ethical decision-making. His research demonstrates a commitment to blending theory, empirical methods, and practical relevance in psychology.
