Ms. Aakanksha Joshi

Aakanksha Joshi is a partner at S&R Associates specializing in the projects, infrastructure, and energy sectors. A graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, she also holds a Solicitor’s qualification from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Aakanksha has been deeply involved in various infrastructure, corporate, and hospitality transactions, including drafting and reviewing fuel supply agreements, power purchase agreements, construction agreements, concession agreements, bid documents, and hotel agreements. Her expertise extends to advising on joint ventures and private equity transactions, particularly in the infrastructure and hospitality spaces. She has represented a wide range of clients, from government bodies and international cement companies to construction firms, power generation companies, international hotel management companies, hotel owners, and private equity funds. Before joining S&R Associates, Aakanksha served as a Partner at Economic Laws Practice (ELP) in Mumbai, further cementing her extensive experience in the field.
