Himanshi Gupta is experienced and self-motivated Professional with 5+ years of experience in delivering engaging learning sessions for college students across diverse academic backgrounds. Skilled in simplifying complex concepts, creating interactive training modules, and fostering an environment that encourages participation and confidence-building and helping students bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations. Committed to empowering young adults with the skills and mindset needed for personal growth and professional success. 

Himanshi has over 11 years of work experience in corporate and academic organizations and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Liberal Studies and Humanities, UPES, Dehradun. 

Himanshi’s areas of interest include life skills education, student well-being, emotional intelligence, and experiential learning in higher education. She is particularly interested in designing interactive programs that strengthen self-awareness, resilience, communication skills, and workplace readiness among students. 

Himanshi Gupta’s teaching approach is experiential, reflective, and learner-centered, encouraging critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. Himanshi strives to create a psychologically safe and inclusive environment where students feel respected and empowered to express themselves. As a facilitator of growth, she focuses on real-world application, self-awareness, resilience, and accountability. Her goal is to help students become confident, responsible individuals prepared for both professional success and meaningful life engagement. 

Himanshi Gupta taught a range of courses, including Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, Leadership and Teamwork and Ethical Leadership in 21st Century. These courses emphasize experiential learning, reflective practice, and real-world application. The focus is on developing confident communicators, responsible leaders, collaborative team members, and ethically aware professionals prepared to navigate contemporary challenges.
